It has been specifically designed for young women aged from 16 to 25 who are experiencing anxiety and depression.  Blossomproject consists of a 3 stage model with each stage completed over one school term (between 8 and 10 weeks). The girls meet once each week from 4-7pm. In addition to the groups, we they use email, Facebook groups and text messaging to communicate with the group members, which creates an opportunity to connect to young women when they are not able to attend the group.
