Cheltenham Golf Club

Our Supporter of the month for November 2011 is Cheltenham Golf Club. On Saturday October 22, the club hosted a fundraising charity golf day in commemoration of popular club member Peter Beck who sadly passed away in 2010 after battling with depression. Lantern was chosen as the recipient for the funds donated on the day. The club will also honour Peter’s memory with a chair named after him which will be placed near a tee. Lantern appreciates this generous support and wishes to thank the Club members and the organising committee and friends of Peter; Peter Neal, John Sanger, Steve Crompton, Steve Shaw, Max Hattam and Doug Langford. It was a lovely day and a fitting tribute to a universally popular man.
